Recently, the Ultimate Painting Co team completed the outside of the Grillers Mark building on Lydiard Street, Ballarat Central.

We were lucky to be recommended by Colliers Ballarat to the building owner, which engaged us to quote the job.

We had great communications with the fantastic client, and they agreed to our quotation.

Next step was colours. We engaged Brandon from Haymes Paints Ballarat to liaise with the City of Ballarat heritage council to work on the colour scheme.

While that team was working on the colours, we worked with Ballarat City Council for footpath permits and parking joint permits.

Now that colours have been picked and permits were in place, we engaged Regional Contractors Ballarat to supply a 15 metre boom lift and a 4x4 scissor lift with outriggers to make the platform level because of the angle of the ground.

At Ultimate Painting Co., the team are lucky enough to have spotters licences and working at over 11 metre high tickets.

We had six staff on site to complete the job in under 2 weeks.

The building looks amazing, the clients and Ballarat heritage council are very happy with the finished product.
